Favorites and recently viewed
Saving a property or viewing your recently-viewed list uses your browser's local storage only. This data is never sent to BOUHBAS's servers, never shared, and stays on your device until you clear it or your browser removes it.
Contact and property inquiries
When you submit the contact form or a property inquiry, we collect the information you provide (name, email, phone if given, and your message), which property it relates to if applicable, and basic technical details (IP address and browser identifier) used only to review and respond to your message and to help filter automated spam submissions. This information is retained so we can follow up with you; it is not sold or shared with third parties, and it is never used for advertising.
Property listings
Property data shown on BOUHBAS (photos, prices, locations, descriptions) comes from third-party real estate listing sources at the time you view a page. Viewing a listing does not send any of your personal information to that third party.
Cookies and tracking
BOUHBAS does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking scripts.
