Who these terms are for
These terms apply to visitors of BOUHBAS and to real estate agencies that register to publish properties. By registering an agency account you confirm that you are authorised to act for that agency.
Your listings
You must only publish properties you are entitled to advertise. Information, prices, photos and contact details must be accurate, current and lawful. You remain responsible for your listings and for the rights to the photos you upload.
Review and moderation
Every new agency and every listing is reviewed by BOUHBAS before it is public. We may approve, reject, unpublish or remove any agency or listing, including one that was previously approved, if it does not meet these terms or applicable law.
Your account
Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Enquiries and data
Messages sent by visitors about your properties are made available to you so that you can respond. You must use them only to answer the enquiry and must handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy page.
